Trane COL9340 2-Row Cool Or Heat Coil

The Trane COL9340 is a 2-row hydronic coil in the brand’s hydronic heating and cooling equipment. An aluminum multi-row flat type, Watts 38 inch long coil transfers heat or cool water for hot or cold water as preferred season. Heating mode involves circulating hot water through the coil while the cool air flows over the fins is made. This particular configuration is a two-row design which means that the coil has two distinct channels through which the water must flow in order to complete the heat exchange with the refrigerant, resulting in increased surface area and thus, much improved efficiency.
