The Carrier HC37GE238 is a Permanent Split Capacitor Motor of dual speed, with 1/8 horsepower, used in different Carrier HVAC applications. This motor is small with dimensions of 5.9” x 5.9” x 9.9”, used where space is a limiting factor. It is designed for constant use of voltage at 208 to 230V and 60 Hz. With a full load current of 0.75 amps, the motor has a selectable speed of 1150 – 1400 RPM in a clockwise direction. This two-speed characteristic facilitates the circulation of fresh air and ventilation based on cooling demands in the structure.
