International Comfort Products C030-2021P Hermetic Scroll Compressor R-410A

The International Comfort Products C030-2021P Hermetic Scroll Compressor designed for R410A refrigerant, which is used in most of HVAC systems. This type of compressor consists of two concentric spiral scrolls, the stationary and the orbiting scrolls that compress refrigerant vapor. When the scroll is orbiting, it has the ability of compressing the refrigerant in the pockets in the cylinder, and in the process reducing the volume of the pockets, hence increasing the pressure. This compressed high temperature refrigeration is then passed through the HVAC systems in the automobile.
