The Johnson Controls T-4756-1738 is a beige plastic cover intended for horizontal pneumatic thermostats. It shields the thermostat while at the same time allowing the user to easily view the set point and current temperature through the two windows. This cover is not a thermostat but an aesthetic and shielding accessory for the thermostats already in the market. This cover will accommodate most Johnson Controls pneumatic thermostats except the T-4100 and T-4600 models. This are devices that help regulate the temperature within buildings through the use of air pressure. When the temperature of the room increases or decreases the air pressure in the thermostat increases or decreases and thus affects the HVAC system.
