Trane BAYHTRR315A Supplementary Electric Heater

The Trane BAYHTRR315A is an additional electric heater that is intended for enhancing the heating performance of selected Trane HVAC units. It provides extra heating capacity at times of high usage, or when for one reason or other the required heating cannot be provided by the main heating system equipment. This can be specifically effective throughout extreme conditions or for the large structures because they will need more heating. The BAYHTRR315A operates through electrical resistance to produce heat. Electricity is used to heat internal heating elements that in turn emit that heat. This supplementary heater is normally mounted inside the duct system of suitable Trane furnaces or air handling equipment.
