Trane ACT0881 Electric Fail Safe Valve Act 24VAC/DC

The Trane ACT0881 is an electric fail-safe valve actuator 24V, an essentialpart of in HVAC applications. It is better explained as a relay that opens and closes valves in a system, in this case, the communication system. When supplied with 24V AC or DC power the actuator employs an internal motor to operate a mechanism to open or close the valve to the required state. Constructed to fit most valves and having a 1/2” valve size, the Trane ACT0881 can be used with a variety of HVAC systems. It is built to withstand some of the harshest conditions typical of most business and industrial applications.
