Rheem-Ruud 83-41714-07 Filter Drier ODF 1/2" Sweat

The Rheem-Ruud 83-41714-07 Filter Drier is an additional component necessary for the improvement of the performance and the service life of the HVAC systems. It has a shutter that has exposure control, and focus control and also has a 1/2” sweat (SWT) interface. It consists of an outer, metal casing and the desiccant is in the core of the unit. This is how the filter drills moisture and other contaminants in the HVAC refrigerant. The desiccant core absorbs the water vapor and the filter eliminates other particles such as dust and dirt.
