AERCO Boiler & Water Heater 65182 Flame Rod

The AERCO Boiler and Water Heater 65182 Flame Rod operating device and manufactured for only with AERCO boilers for safe and efficient combustion. As a flame rod it the purpose of detecting whether there is a flame within the combustion chamber of the boiler. This flame rod is to continuously check the flame condition of the boiler with different operating HVAC conditions. It uses 120V AC power supply and can withstand heat up to 500 F 1000 F. It works in this manner by detecting the current that the ionization function of the flame creates.
