The Lennox 54G44 Enthalpy Propane Return Air Sensor, an essentialpart of propane based HVAC systems such as gas furnaces and hot water boilers. It quantifies the total heat energy of the air on its return to the cooler, its temperature and humidity. This data, known as enthalpy, enables the system to control combustion in such a way that heating is effective and uniform.
