The Johnson Controls T22SEB-1 Line Voltage Thermostat is intended for heating or cooling applications in residential and small commercial applications . It works at a voltage of 120V, and has only one heating and cooling stage (1 Heat/1 Cool). The thermostat also includes a manual switch and a dial type to help change its setting easily as well as smaller temperature options of 40°F to 90°F.
