Trane CTR2593 3-Pole Contactor 40 Amp 24V

The Trane CTR2593 is a Contactor of 3-pole, 40-amp, intended to turn on or off high current loads associated with HVAC equipment. It regulates the power supply to some essentialcomponents such as the compressor by making and breaking its internal connections. When triggered by its 24-volt coil, the contactor makes, enabling current to flow through, when de-energized, it breaks the circuit, halting the flow of current. Trane contactors are designed to give years of trouble-free service and can be used with virtually all Trane HVAC products.
