The Danfoss 068U2235 Thermal Expansion Element/Valve (TXV) 3/8” X 1/2” TAU R-22 is one of the components that are essential in controlling refrigerant flow that in turn offer maximum cooling performance in HVAC. This is a thermal expansion valve designed for durability with a solid stainless steel construction and the connecting material is bi-metallic steel and copper. It has a general range of cooling and refrigeration applications but is specially made for R-22 refrigeration system, with an inlet of 3/8” and outlet of 1/2”.
