The Johnson Controls V46BA-2 Maritime Water Regulator is an application-specific valve developed for maintaining an accurate water pressure in the HVAC systems of marine ships. This regulator has a brass body and uses threaded connection to the cylinders which makes it easy to fix and responsive to the weather conditions prevailing at the time of use. It works through the use of five pressure settings which it can exert pressures of water ranging from 70 to 260 PSI at temperatures of between 115 ° F and 180 ° F. Its two way body style prevents water pressure variation within the system which may impact the operation of HVAC equipments.
