The Johnson Controls WEL18A-600R Well Assembly is a specially created remote bulb-type, constructed out of sturdy steel and featuring a 1/2 size fitting. It works at 240 VAC and controls pressure up to 300 PSI with a connection type of switch SPDT. This well assembly operates on the principle of pressure changes sensed by its remote bulb structure. It applies changes in pressure in order to trigger corresponding changes with the SPDT switch for more accurate control in HVACs. Common in air conditioning and heating systems it regulates pressure, which improves the performance and durability of the systems. The advantages of the WEL18A-600R are that pressure is controlled and a system overload or drop, which causes wastage or a system breakdown, is avoided.
