The Johnson Controls V-3752-2214 is a 3/4” angled union globe valve for hydronic heating or cooling application. A globe valve controls flow by a screw stem that adjusts the opening of a disc or plug situated internal to the valve. Twisting the handle rotates the disc in such a way that the amount of fluid that is to pass through can be regulated. The V-3752-2214 is designed with an angled union that makes it easier to connect the piping and also easy to maintain. The flow capacity of the valve is rated at 38 Cv. The 3-6 psi spring range means the pressure needed to overcome the spring and close the valve.
