The Johnson Controls VG7443LT is a 3/4", 2-way normally closed valve body assembled from stainless steel to handle the harshest conditions for a longer duration. This type of valve controls the rate of the flow in HVAC systems where fluids mostly being in motion are water or steam. When off the normally closed valve is in the closed position and fluid flow is stopped even when it is de-energized. They open in response to a controller and this makes it possible for them to control the flow of the fluid that is to flow in that channel.
