The Johnson Controls A350AA-3 is an electronic temperature control that is concealed and an on/off type that is suitable for use in HVAC systems. It keeps a preferred range of temperature between 30 degrees Fahrenheit and 130 degrees Fahrenheit by switching on or off the heating or cooling equipment. This SPDT switch is powered by 24V and the differential range is variable between 1°F and 30°F. The differential is what defines the amount of temperature fluctuation possible before the system engages. For example, a set point of 70, with a differential of 5 means that the system will call for cooling action once the temperature goes beyond 75 and call for heating action if it goes below 65.
