Trane VAL8193 Solenoid Valve 24V

The Trane VAL8193 is a 24V AC solenoid valve that controls the water supply for Trane HVAC systems. Its value measures 4.5" long. This valve functions by opening or closing electrically. A magnetic field is produced by passing a 24V AC electrical current through a coil. The magnetic field triggers the valve and lets water pass through it. When the coil is de-energized the magnetic field disappears and the valve shuts to avoid water flow. It employs UNS-2B threads for safe installation which ensures that there is a tight seal within your Trane HVAC system water lines.
