Belimo FSAF24A-S Fire & Smoke Damper Actuator On/Off W/Auxiliary Switch 24V

The Belimo FSAF24A-S Spring Return On/Off Fire and Smoke Actuator with an auxiliary switch for HVAC systems. This 24V actuator uses 180 in-lb of torque to effectively open or close dampers upon receipt of fire or smoke signals. During normal conditions, the actuator keeps the damper in the open position; in case of an alarm, power is switched off, and the spring forces the damper shut to stop fire and smoke from spreading through ducts. The auxiliary switch gives information on the position of the damper. This makes it possible to compartmentate the building so that the occupants are protected and the extent of property loss is contained to a particular zone.
