Johnson Controls P100CP-140 Pressure Control 245 PSI Cut-In 350 PSI Cut-Out

The Johnson Controls P100CP-140 is a small pressure control switch with a dimension of 2.5" by 2.5" by 4", It works as an on/off control depending on pressure readings and is automatically activated. It measures system pressure by tapping into a pressure line (generally with a 1/4” coupling). When the pressure drops below the cut-in, which is 245 PSI in this model, the P100CP-140 turns on a circuit. This can lead to actions like switching on a compressor or a pump to raise the pressure. On the other hand, when pressure reaches another level (350 PSI, referred to as the cut-out), the switch opens (shuts off) the circuit to avoid high pressure build up.
