Trane SWT1651 Auto Limit Switch 130°-160°F

The Trane SWT1651 is a 130-160°F automatic limit switch used in Trane HVAC equipment. Above a safe threshold, it also works like a fail-safe turning off the system to avoid overheating and possible damage. This thermal limit switch uses a sensor to keep track of temperature. The switch will open the circuit in the device if the temperature crosses the limit of 160°F so that it cannot run. Opening or closing with a tolerance of +/- 6°F and +/- 10°F respectively, the switch automatically resets once around 130°F, allowing the system to restart.
