The Sporlan Controls 126422 11-Ton Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) is a high-performance component developed for cooling HVAC System applications with R-22 refrigerant. This TXV has a capacity of 11 tons, which controls the refrigerant flow and stabilizes the temperature to avoid overloading of the system. The valve itself is made out of brass, therefore it is quite durable and will not corrode as quickly as other valves might. It has 5/8”x1-1/8” ODF connections which makes it suitable for use with most HVAC systems.
