The Johnson Controls Y63T22-0 is a control transformer that is mounted on the plate and it is used to safely convert line voltage (120/208/240VAC) to low voltage power (24VAC) for different HVAC/R control systems. This transformer reduces the input voltage to a level that is appropriate for powering low-voltage control circuits such as digital controllers, gas controls, ignition systems, and many others.
