The Weil McLain 381-356-534 Single Pole LP Gas Valve 1/2" Step Open is a control valve that is applied in the HVAC systems to control the supply of Liquid Propane gas to burners in furnaces or boilers. The step-open design gradually intensifies the flow of gases with increase in demand to ensure the right combustion rates. It is fitted in the gas train that is in front of the burner assembly and it is connected to the thermostat and ignition controls to turn on and adjust heating.
