Sporlan Controls 108676 Thermal Expansion Valve(TXV) R500 3/8" X1/2" ODF External 30" Capillary

The Sporlan Controls 108676 External Thermal Expansion valve for R500 refrigerant in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. This TXV works in the manner that it regulates the amount of refrigerant that enters the evaporator to its efficient level. This is realized based on the detection of the evaporator temperature & its corresponding control of the refrigerant flow. This dynamic control eliminates problems such as liquid slugging and over-superheating, thereby achieving better cooling and efficiency. Designed for systems with a capacity of 1/4 to 1/3 ton, the 108676 has 3/8” x 1/2” ODF connections and a 30” capillary length.
