Burnham Boiler 107121-01 High Temperature Limit Switch

The Burnham Boiler 107121-01 is a safety device referred to a high temperature limit switch designed and developed for Burnham boilers only. This small but essential part of the show, The switch has a default temperature range, which is usually between 120°F and 240°F. In normal functioning, the switch is closed so that the boiler will function as it is expected to do. However, if the boiler water temperature increases over the set limit switch due to some failure or any other reason, the switch immediately breaks the electric circuit. This shuts off electricity to the burner, avoids further increase in temperature and further damage to the boiler.
