Johnson Controls P70AA-400 SPST Pressure Control 100/470 PSI 36" Open-Low R410A

The Johnson Controls P70AA-400 is a single pole, SPST pressure control that is ideal for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning applications using the R410A refrigerant. This electromechanical device is a safety switch that measures the pressure in the system. It has an adjustable set point range of 100 – 470 psi. When pressure is below the set point, it allows the electrical circuit to close, usually components such as condenser fans are switched on to reduce the pressure. On the other hand if pressure goes up to this point, the circuit is effectively closed and the compressor can be switched off to shield the equipment. It has a 36” capillary tube with a standard 1/4” flare nut fitting to be screwed into refrigerant lines.
