Sporlan Controls 100242 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) R404A 3/8" X 1/2" SAE 30" External

The Sporlan Controls 100242 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is a 3/8” x 1/2” SAE refrigerant metering part for R404A refrigerant in commercial refrigeration applications. This TXV uses thermal expansion to regulate the amount of liquid refrigerant that is allowed to enter the evaporator. Since the evaporator load varies, the TXV is capable of regulating the refrigerant circulation in order to optimize the system. This leads to better energy utilization, low operating expenses, and better performance of the systems in place. The 30” external equalizer is also provided for precise sensing of evaporator pressure, which enhances the refrigerant flow and system efficiency.
