The Danfoss 067N5163 is a Thermal Expansion Valve commonly known as TXV and it involves in regulating the flow of refrigerant in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. With this, the evaporator is an integral component that provides the required efficiency of the system because it regulates the quantity of the refrigerant, which gets into the evaporator. The TXV uses a bulb that senses temperature of the evaporator. A theoretical air enters this reading and the valve is used to adjust the refrigerant flow so that a specific superheat level is maintained. This fine control also helps to enhance heat transfer, while also preventing liquid refrigerant from dripping into the compressor.
