The Watts 0559105 Temperature control mixing valve is used to control and mix hot and cold water to provide a safe outlet water temperature between 90°F and 160°F. This mixing valve uses a thermostatic element that constantly checks the temperature of water at the outlet. If the temperature goes high beyond the limit set, then the valve regulates the supply of the hot water coming out to the set temperature.
