Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 054969 1/2-Ton Thermostatic Expansion Valve for refrigerant R-502. They include a 5 feet capillary tube and SAE connections of 3/8” x 1/2”. This valve controls the amount of refrigerant that enters the evaporator so that it compensates for the rate of evaporation to control the flow of cooling.
