The Resideo VU844A1045 Fan Coil Valve Actuator is a reliable tool for use in controlling fan coil valves in the HVAC systems. This actuator is designed to function on a power supply of 24V AC and a frequency of 50 Hz to 60 Hz and uses a two-position, SPST control signal to control valve position accurately. It has a well-built exterior frame; the glass condensed by an aluminum top part while the external case is made from a stainless steel material that is resistant to the harshest vane of the environment. It is operational at 1- 60°C and can withstand fluid temperatures up to 93°C. It consumes 0.32A and has 8inches leads making it easy to install. The actuator makes it possible for a quick and reliable valve operation with a spring return timing of 6seconds.
