The Schneider Electric (Erie) VT2317G13A030 2-way, Normally Closed Zone Valve is used in HVAC systems. It is designed with a 3/4” sweat connection, Cv of 7.0, 24V with 36” wire leads, and does not require an auxiliary switch for on/off control. It opens when the power is supplied to it and closes when the power supply is switched off, making it suitable for zone control of temperature.
