Trane VAL8211 Reversing Valve W / O Coil 1/2 X 5/8"

The Trane VAL8211 reversing valve, 5" long, is a necessary component in heat pump systems that can both heat and cool. This is a flow diverter valve for the refrigerant flow in this system refrigerant flow is modulated by this valve. The VAL8211 was designed for use with a variety of refrigerants such as R-22, R-407C, and R-410A, and can be operated as long as it doesn’t have pressures than 650 PSI throughout. Unlike other reversing valves that include built-in coils for temperature control, the Trane is labeled W/O Coil, meaning that it requires external controls.
