The Trane VAL20010 Gas valve is specially designed as the homeowners’ gas furnace solution only by Trane.s. Its length is measured to be about 6.5”, The entrance and outflow diameters are estimated to be 0.755 and 0.881” respectively. This valve is vital for heating to work as required and with safety. These swings are controlled to maintain a constant level of natural gas supply to the burner assembly of the furnace. The calorific value of an accurate amount of gas can be supplied to the burner when the thermostat feels a need for heating and this is initiated.
