Trane SWT03739 High Pressure Switch Open 650 PSI/Close 500 PSI

The Trane SWT03739 High Pressure Switch is used to check refrigerant pressure in HVAC systems. Its main purpose is to guard the system by opening at 650 PSI and closing at 500 PSI, to ensure that it does not run under unsafe conditions of high pressure. The internal mechanism react to the changes in pressures and activates an electrical signal to the controls circuit in response to the attainment of set points. It is done by connecting the switch to the refrigerants line and wiring it into the system control.
