The Resideo TK300-60 7.6 gallon Expansion Tank is a critical part of closed heating systems. This tank can help accommodate this fluctuation of pressure which is brought about by the change of water temperature and volume. The steel body and the butyl/EPDM diaphragm are strong enough to manage excess water volume to minimize system damage due to pressure buildup. This tank has the better performance and has a maximum pressure of 100 PSI and it can work well under a temperature of 240°F. It has a small size and is easy to install because it has a 1/2” male NPT thread.
