The Siemens 184-0028 is a direct acting temperature transmitter that will properly measure and send temperature signals from 0°F to 100°F. The bulb sensor is stiff and translates temperature changes into a pneumatic signal proportional to 3–15 psi. This signal is subsequently transmitted to a remote receiver gauge or controller for monitoring and control reasons. Its perfect temperature regulation, coupled with perpetual dynamic control over the output waveform, places it first in the line for HVAC applications.
