Resideo T812C1000 Heat-Cool Thermostat 50°F to 90°F Snap 24V

The Resideo T812C1000 Heat-Cool Thermostat designed to provide accurate control of heating and cooling systems in residential homes to ensure comfort. It used the use of a snap-action switch for switching between heating and cooling depending on the set temperature limits. When the room temperature goes below or above 50°F to 90°F, the SPDT switch turns on the 24V to regulate the climate. Specially intended for 1 Heat/1 Cool stage and suitable for furnaces and central air units. Advantages are that it provides constant comfort indoors, has durable mechanical functioning and can be easily incorporated into most HVAC systems without requiring additional programming or wiring.
