Supco SSN2901 SINI Furnace Ignitor

The Supco SSN2901 SINI Furnace Ignitor converts electrical energy into heat to ignite the fuel-air mixture in a compatible furnace burner in HVAC systems. When energized, its resistive element rapidly reaches ignition temperature, creating the heat required for burner startup. Installed at the burner ignition position, the ignitor sits directly in the fuel-air mixture path and operates according to the furnace control sequence. Its electrical connection supplies the current required to generate ignition temperature. This heating mechanism provides controlled ignition of the burner during the furnace startup cycle.
