Copeland 940-0001-60 Start Relay

The Copeland 940-0001-60 Start Relay is an essential part which is used to start up the compressors in HVAC systems in an accurate manner. It acts as a start relay whereby it temporarily connects the start winding of the compressor motor to the power source. This relay designed to operate at 383 VAC, 60 Hz to meet the severe electrical requirement of various HVAC applications. When the system voltage rises to 190/200 VAC pick-up voltage the Start Relay is activated to enable the motor. To maintain a low voltage drop-out range of 55/115 VAC and efficient operation of the device, this connection is preserved by the relay.
