Sta-Rite Pumps ZBR39020 Mechanical Seal Kit

The Sta-Rite Pumps ZBR39020 Mechanical Seal Kit is a shaft-sealing assembly used within a pump to contain fluid at the point where the rotating shaft passes through the casing. Stationary & rotating seal surfaces maintain close contact during operation limiting fluid movement along the shaft while allowing continuous rotation. The kit interfaces with the pump shaft and surrounding seal chamber separating the wetted section from the motor driven side in HVAC systems. This sealing arrangement is in hydronic circulation equipment where the pump transfers water through piping while the seal manages fluid containment around the rotating drive connection.
