Trane SWT2293 SPNO Pressure Switch -0.55"Open -0.65"Close

The Trane SWT2293 is a Pressure Switch, with a Single Pole Normally Open, an essential component in the HVAC systems used to regulate airflow and the performance of the system. It switches on or off in electrical circuit depending on the pressure variation within the HVAC system. The pressure goes beyond the Close setting which is -0.65” WC and the switch triggers the circuit to inform the system. When the pressure goes below the Open setting of -0.55” WC, the switch breaks the circuit and initiates another set of controls. The HVAC system regulates the airflow and does not allow problems such as excessively high pressure, insufficient air supply to important zones, and equipment failure.
