Ruskin SP100EZ Position Indicating Switch

The Ruskin SP100EZ Position Indicating Switch is a monitoring element that is used to indicate whether mechanical dampers are open or closed. It operates by an internal switch system which varies the position of electrical contacts as the damper shaft rotates during operation in air handler and HVAC systems. The switch is connected to the damper shaft assembly by which the movement of the shaft triggers the internal contacts and transmits a signal to the control circuit. This position feedback is used to verify the operation of the damper, maintain the correct airflow and aid in monitoring the system by showing damper has gone to its desired position.
