The Shipco Pumps SDPC090104 Mechanical Seal Kit with Gasket is a service kit to keep pumps intact in the HVAC systems and other hydronic equipment. It has a mechanical seal and gasket that fit a 1-1/8 shaft to substitute damaged sealing components that seal leakage between the rotating pump shaft and the stationary housing. The kit is installed when the pump is being maintained or overhauled and it reinstates the sealing interface in the pump assembly.
