Scotsman Ice Machines 12-2924-01 Transformer 115V/12V

The Scotsman Ice Machines 12-2924-01 Transformer is an electrical transformer that converts the supplied 115V input to an output for the connected circuit. It transfers electrical energy between its windings through electromagnetic induction establishing the lower secondary voltage required by the associated electrical components. Within the equipment's electrical system, the transformer separates the input supply from the 12V control or operating circuit while providing the specified voltage conversion within HVAC systems. Its part is to be used as the power-conversion stage between the incoming electrical source and components that operate from the lower-voltage output.
