The R404A-24, a 24-pound tank of R404A refrigerant, is a mixture of non-ozone-depleting hydrofluorocarbons  used in a variety of commercial and residential HVAC systems. These systems consist of medium-temperature refrigeration units, freezers, and air conditioners. The R404A absorbs heat from the ambient air in your house or structure to function. After that, the temperature and pressure of this heated refrigerant gas are increased via compression. After passing via the condenser coils of the system, the heat is subsequently released into the surrounding air or water. At the end of  the high-pressure, cooled liquid refrigerant expands via an expansion valve, resulting in a decrease in temperature and pressure. The cycle is subsequently completed when this chilled liquid absorbs heat from the air or products it is cooling.
