The Mitsubishi Electric R01J01202 Outdoor Thermistor is an accurate temperature measuring device designed to be used in Mitsubishi Electric HVAC applications. This thermistor is intended to operate effectively in a range of -40°C to 50°C, thus it is ideal for measuring outdoor in different weather conditions. The thermistor features a 10 feet, 2-wire shielded cable making it ideal for installation in outside units of air conditioners, heat pumps and other climate control equipment. A thermistor is used in this system to change its resistance in response to temperature changes and feed the information to the system’s control board.
