The Resideo Q3400A1008 Hot Surface Pilot Igniter/Sensor Assembly designed to provide quick and efficient ignition of the gas-fired HVAC systems with the use of hot surface pilot burners. It burns gas through a hot plate and checks for the existence of flame through a built-in sensor. In the working process, the igniter insulator is heated to 905 degrees Fahrenheit, and the flame rod works at a high temperature to continuously detect the flame. This assembly is suitable for use with a wide range of hot surface pilot burners and ensures the safe operation of furnaces and other heating equipment. The part is built to last with an 18” lead wire design.
