The Beckett Igniter 7505P452MIU Primary Igniter 120V is used to produce the needed electric spark to start combustion in heating equipment, that uses fuel in HVAC systems. Using a 120-volt power supply, the igniter creates an electric charge to help the burner electrodes ignite the fuel and air mixture. It is wired to the electrical terminals, which connect it to the burner control circuit that initiates the ignition sequence during the startup of equipment.
